Woonbedrijf is moving from four buildings to one and wants to implement Het Nieuwe Werken (New way of Work). In this concept the worker is central and four principles apply: free access to information, results count, flexibility, independent working in place and time. To start with Het Nieuwe Werken, employees needed to be informed about the project. Secondly, the new building needed a concept that matches the worker’s needs and was leading for architects and designers. Stans developed a toolkit for DIY-workshops at Woonbedrijf.
