YFM is the young branch of the slow food movement in Holland. Every year there are 25 academics from different industries and locations in the Netherlands following a program – a Saturday academy – where they learn more about new developments in food industry and co-create on concepts for 5 clients. This year WNF, Bird protection fund, Milk Union, Moyee Coffee and Question mark. After an inspirational morning Factor-I took them in a 3 hour brainstorm according to the FARM::LAB concept, adapted for dedicated cases. The afternoon brought break-throughs in the development processes within the groups and delivered a solid basis for more hard work until 5  July 2014 when they deliver the final reports.
