During the Dutch Design Week 2013 (DDW) farmers, designers, entrepreneurs, government and knowledge workers collaborated on the development of new concepts for the food system. Designers Cindy van den Bremen, Lotte van Wulfften Palthe, Florian de Visser and Yoni Lefèvre designed tools and a process for co-design. Stans and Ingrid facilitated the five FARM::LABS on Smart Packaging, Farms of the Future, Farmer’s Academy, Robots in the Green House and Gaming. Goal was to introduce the different people to each other and experience the added value of design thinking in solving complex problems the world faces today.
