Formula for failure or success?

A nice quote during the Business Boot Camp of Janssen Pharmaceutica in Zoersel (B) : ‘I cannot give you a formula for success, but I can give you one for failure: try to please everybody!’. In other words: know really well who is meant to be your target group and keep your focus on these groups of people! And this is a true thing.
But on the other hand let’s not be too rigid: do get in touch with new target groups when the situation occurs.
As we all know failure is the mother of Success…
